Refund Policy

At Rebecca Ford Coaching, we strive to provide high-quality coaching services. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Refunds
Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, you must request the refund and return any associated materials. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Refund Process
Once we receive your refund request and associated materials, we will inspect them and notify you of the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Non-refundable Items
Certain items are non-refundable, including:

-Downloadable software products

-Coaching sessions that have already been delivered
